Azure Resort & Spa Ex. Mediterranee

The real bright spot was the staff, who were friendly and helpful overall. When I told reception it was my friend's birthday, they surprised us with champagne and fruit in the room. That was a thoughtful touch. Still, we definitely wouldn't return. This hotel is nowhere near five stars to me, more like a solid three at best. The room had serious cleanliness problems: mold in the bathroom, an uncomfortable shower, and, worst of all, a large cockroach. I reported it to reception, and they said someone would come clean the room, but nobody ever came. Cleaning was meant to happen daily, yet the mirror wasn't cleaned once in seven days. The food was average, neither terrible nor impressive.

We had a fantastic stay. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, and there were plenty of sunbeds at the pool whenever we wanted one. The hotel staff were always kind and helpful. The property was beautiful and perfectly placed on a street with all the shops you might need. Food was excellent, with enough variety for people of every age to find something they liked. Our rooms were always clean and well maintained. I'd highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed staying here. The resort was very good overall, with an amazing room, delicious food, and incredibly friendly staff who were always smiling and ready to help. I especially appreciated the adults-only pool, since the other two were pretty full of children. My only small gripe is the distance to the beach: about 400 meters to the nearest one and 600 or more to the nicer part. The resort is right on the town's main road, though, with shops, bars, and restaurants close by.

Tsilivi had exactly the vibe we wanted, lively but friendly, with great restaurants, little shops, and lovely streets for evening walks. Our kids, aged seven and nine, loved it, and we adults had a fantastic time too. Azure Resort & Spa exceeded all our expectations. It was clean and comfortable, the staff were super nice and helpful, and we were really happy with the all-inclusive. The food was tasty with lots of options. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing about the hotel or town. We enjoyed every minute and would go back in a heartbeat. :)
