Balcony

I miss Balcony hotel already. The ladies made my four days there such a good memory, always friendly and ready to help. They lent me a towel when I mentioned my day trip to shipwreck, and helped arrange a taxi when I was going to Zante town centre. I felt relaxed looking out at the sea from my balcony each day. Breakfast was fantastic, with homemade food and bakery. The mushroom was delicious, and so was the apple pie. I also liked the homemade sandwich. My room was cleaned to a really high standard, better than some 4-star hotels. The beach is about an 8-minute walk away. Weddings happen often, but they weren't noisy at all. Thanks, ladies.

We had the junior suite and really didn't want to leave. The panoramic view, lovely jacuzzi, beautiful bed and bathroom made it feel like a special apartment for a special couple. There was even a sitting room, and the staff were perfect. Elana was great.

The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was exemplary. The terrace was a lovely place to watch the sunset, with a beautiful view. Eleni and Anastasia were always smiling and happy to help. Everyone looking after the hotel deserves a perfect 10. When we come back to Zakynthos, this is the only place we'd choose.

We were visiting friends who were staying here, and the staff treated us like their own guests. The service was welcoming and kind. The hotel sits on a beautiful cliff with a stunning view, and the rooms are very well furnished. There was a good choice at breakfast, both sweet and savory. Fresh cut flowers around the hotel were a nice touch, and everything was very clean. Private parking is available for guests.
