I arrived in the morning and the place looked very bad right away. The rooms were dirty and nothing like the pictures, with broken floor tiles, cracked walls, and insects inside. I tried to speak with them and cancel the Booking.com reservation, but they made me pay for each room even though we'd spent only 10 minutes at the hotel. Please avoid this hotel as much as you can. This hotel is a lie.

Tsilivi felt peaceful and lovely, and the hotel was about a 5-minute scooter ride from Zakynthos and 7 minutes from Laganas. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and I felt comfortable there, almost at home thanks to the owner's warmth. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels, water in the fridge, plus a coffee machine and tea. The owner is a wonderful person, and the staff were kind, helpful people. Her long curly hair makes her easy to spot, and she's a real treasure. I'm grateful for everything. I left my heart there. ❤️
