Joya Luxury Villas

We only just got back to the UK yesterday, and I wanted to write this straight away. Leaving was hard, the four adults and three children were all sad to go, and we wish we'd booked a longer stay. We'd love to come back soon. Nikolas, thank you for the lovely villa and your wonderful hospitality. Please give the kitten a kiss from us! Joya Villa was perfect for our two families and all seven of us. It was warm, so the AC in every room, including the loft, was much appreciated. The doors also had mosquito screens that came in handy during the day. Nikolas was so kind, approachable, and helpful. He sorted taxis, gave us recommendations, and helped us hire a boat. We couldn't have managed it without him. There's a bakery and a supermarket with everything you need about a 10-minute uphill walk away. Going downhill for about 10 minutes takes you to the sea and a couple of lovely tavernas. We ate at Andrea’s Fish Tavernas three times. It's in a stunning spot, but pricey. We also had dinner one early evening in Tsilivi, which was just as good and a lot cheaper, so getting a taxi there is worthwhile.

We spent 13 days here with our family, four adults and three kids, and had one of the best vacations we've ever had. The kids even call the place a “fairytale.” The landlord, Nicholas, really made it special. He was kind, always ready to help, recommend and arrange trips, or get us anything we asked for. The villa is tucked into a quiet part of the village, with a beautiful garden, spectacular pool, and garden shower. The surroundings give you complete privacy. The villa was very clean, with a cleaner coming every day. There's enough space and almost everything you need. The closest beach is fairly near, but we rented a car and went to different beaches daily. We appreciated having the pool too, especially the kids. There's a supermarket and a nice restaurant in the village, though they're not within walking distance. Thank you again, Nicholas, for such lovely days.

There's a lovely little beach, a bakery, and a tavern within walking distance. Great place and lovely hosts, highly recommend for any age.

We just finished a wonderful 10-day stay at Joya Luxury Villas. Nikolas and Lisa made all the difference, sharing their knowledge of Zakynthos and helping us feel like locals. Thanks to them, we found hidden treasures, secret coves, rustic taverns, and amazing views that we might otherwise have missed. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with plenty of room for our family, including children and grandparents. The private pool was a real treat when we wanted to relax at home during the day or evening. Nikolas also arranged a delicious traditional Greek dinner delivered to the door when we wanted to eat in. It's a quiet location, with the island's must-see spots all about the same distance away. A few taverns and a modest beach are walkable, and the sandy beaches near the house are around a 10-minute drive. I can't say enough good things about the villa or the hosts. They made the stay comfortable, enjoyable, and special. The rest is yours to discover.
