The bungalows were just as pictured, basic and straightforward, and good value. We could manage simple cooking in the small kitchen. From ours, the view was beautiful, with a nice beach and clear water. The beach is shared with the neighbouring hotel, so it isn't private, but that's fine if you know when booking. You can also use the hotel facilities. In the front bungalows, hotel music could be heard from dawn to dusk, sometimes live performances 😀 and otherwise the radio.

The owners were the kindest and most hospitable people I've met in all my years of traveling. Sitting on the terrace by the sea, looking out into the distance and listening to the waves, was lovely. I can't think of anything I didn't like. If I return to Zakynthos, I'd want to stay with them again.
