King Jason Zante – Adults Only

The upgrade to a swim-out pool suite was incredible, and all the thoughtful extras were much appreciated. Everything felt luxurious, from the sunbeds to the amazing food. Anna and George checked in daily to make sure everything was just right, and all the staff were friendly and cheerful. We had the best time at King Jason and can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Thanks for such a comfortable, memorable holiday.

I felt looked after from the moment I arrived at The King Jason. The staff were kind, helpful and ready to deal with any request. Our room was spotless and spacious, with everything we needed to relax. Breakfast had loads of choice and was really high quality, and being able to have lunch or dinner at the different restaurants on site made things easy. It’s a modern, brand-new hotel with care put into the details. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy a holiday.

We had a minor issue with our first room, but Emma and George from the leadership team sorted it out in style and made us feel valued. That kind of attention is what we’ll remember most. Anna at reception was brilliant, as were Angela in the restaurant and Sahil, one of the waiters. The hotel, rooms and facilities were all immaculate, and the staff really make the place.

The concierge team were the standout for me. They were proactive and attentive, found me a rental car at short notice through a very friendly company, and arranged a private boat trip to both the north and south of the island. That tour was a real highlight. The hotel itself is peaceful, with comfortable modern rooms, nice views, a well-equipped gym and a varied breakfast buffet. But service wasn’t consistent: communication could be patchy, responses sometimes slow, and there wasn’t much of a personal touch. Late-night dining choices were limited too. Hotel transfers ran late more than once, including my checkout car, which I’d requested for 11:30 to catch a flight. It arrived about 10 minutes late and added stress at the end of an otherwise calm stay. The facilities are good, but for a five-star hotel I expected more consistent service, efficiency and those refined luxury details.
