The change of owners had made us a little nervous after reading some recent reviews, but it didn’t affect our stay. The place was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaners came every day, and each time we ordered food at the pool bar, we were pleased with it. The nearby eateries were nice, and the bus to Tsilivi or Zante town was easy to take at 2€p/p. My suggestions would be to equip the self-catering rooms better, since ours only had a kettle and a portable double hot plate. The extra 10€ p/n for air con should be dropped or reduced a lot, as it was unavoidable if you wanted a good night’s sleep in such a hot country.

We had a really good family holiday here. The rooms were lovely, the beds comfortable, and the service was good. We especially enjoyed the pool and the bar beside it. A special mention to our favorite, Poly, who made our stay even nicer.

The rooms are spacious and nice, with comfortable beds, and they were cleaned daily. The garden and pool are lovely and well cared for. There are also a few smaller supermarkets within walking distance, along with a couple of restaurants, though the complex is beside a busy road. Orino studios is now run by the adjacent hotel, unfortunately. We didn’t get a warm welcome, and the reception felt incapable. Check-in was bumpy, we were given the wrong key, the airco leaked despite costing 10,-/day when the website said it was free, and the toilet leaked too. The receptionist spoke broken English, so things took a while.

This was one of the best holidays my partner and I have had. It’s a beautiful place, full of flowers, with a large pool and clean, standard apartments that have what you need. It isn’t a fancy hotel and there’s no spa or gym, but it has a soul. The family running it are lovely and do everything to make you comfortable. It felt like staying at friends’ or family’s summer house. We worried we’d be in the middle of nowhere because we didn’t rent a scooter or car, though you can easily rent one there. It worked out well: there’s a small supermarket in front, more shops further along, and plenty of good places to eat in the village. The hotel also serves freshly made lunch, dinner, snacks, cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, and lots of ice creams. We became obsessed with just one flavor. 😍 You can ask for the bus schedule and spend a day in Zante or Tsilivi, with their many shops and restaurants, then take a taxi back. For an adventure, we booked a boat tour to see the island’s beauty through nefis travel. They picked us up and brought us back. And don’t miss the Greek evening the family puts on for guests on Friday. If you want a quiet, friendly, cozy place at a good price, rather than a luxury hotel with a huge breakfast buffet, this is a great choice for the area.
