This is our second time here, and we'll definitely be back. My wife calls the Phoenix her "happy place". We love the location, pool and staff, and the short walk to the main area and beach is just right. There are loads of good places to eat nearby. The food is fresh, with generous portions and quality that match the prices. Nothing like the frozen reheated meals back in England. Even the children's portions are excellent, and the serving size was spot on for our 11 year old.

Third visit now and still brill. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and it's right on the beach. When it's hot, a beer in one of their frozen glasses is lush. There's a pool to use if the sea isn't for you. I'd definitely recommend it. 👍👍👍👍

The food was bland, with no seasoning, and the meat and bread were dry and overcooked. The calamari had too much batter, and everything took a while to arrive. They never brought the water we ordered. The drinks tasted odd too. The amaretto sour was unlike any I'd had before, and the limoncello was a strange colour with hardly any flavour. Can't recommend this place :/

The pool bar is a nice spot during the hot afternoon hours. The staff are friendly and attentive, and even help you along with your Greek. The hotel is practically on the beach, just about a 15 second walk away, and sits roughly in the middle of Tsilivi with fantastic restaurants and tavernas on both sides.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but spent time on the beach using its loungers. Two sun loungers and an umbrella cost 30 euro. The views and food were unreal, and the staff were lovely.
