The villa was a comfortable, spotless base for our family, with fresh towels and linens and a cleaner who came regularly. The garden was beautifully kept, and the air conditioning kept us cool. When we had a small issue with the washing machine, it was dealt with quickly and kindly. Anna made the stay feel easy from the moment we arrived. She was attentive and quick to help, sorting out our table reservation and taxis, and arranging a fantastic private boat trip that became the highlight of our holiday. We felt looked after throughout, made amazing memories, and would love to come back. Thank you, Anna, for everything. Highly recommended.

Sea Breeze Villa is the best villa my family and I have stayed in over the years. The views are stunning, and Anna was a wonderful host, always available for questions and ready to help with anything. We spent two weeks there as two families. The villa is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. Outside, there's table tennis, a great BBQ area with a big table and an outdoor fridge, a pool, and a lovely seating spot at the bottom of the garden. The area is peaceful. A car would be useful, but we'd have needed two, so we relied on taxis, which were reliable and reasonably priced. Thanks, Anna, for making our holiday so special!

We were a family of seven adults and one toddler, and the garden and sea views were what we loved most. The villa has loads of space and everything we needed. Anna welcomed us with a home-cooked meal and was kind and helpful all week. The walk through the Zakinthos country side takes 5-10 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes to town. We did both walks several times a day. We're all sad to be home and miss waking up to that sea view. It's rare for all of us to agree about a return trip, but we're counting down until we can come back. Thanks for everything, Anna. We hope to see you and Sea Breeze Villa again soon.

Anna was always nearby when we needed help, and the house was well cared for. It's quiet and felt safe, and we had a great time at the Villa. I'd stay there again. Sea Breeze comfortably fit four couples. The garden has a pool and a fully equipped barbecue area, and the view is stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped too, and the bedrooms have air conditioning. A car is handy for getting to Tsivili centre and its amenities. Our internet signal wasn't steady, though Anna could have fixed it if we'd asked.

Anna was a lovely host, and thanks for sharing those delicious fruit and vegetables. The villa is comfortable and has everything you need. Its garden looks out over the sea, and the pool is very good. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet break.
