The owners are what make Tota Studios so special. Philippas and Maria are lovely, make sure you're comfortable, and give useful island tips. Their suggestions for authentic restaurants were spot-on. We've stayed twice and really enjoyed their hospitality. The complex is surrounded by beautifully cared-for gardens, with a garden-facing balcony for each room and places to sit with a quiet frappe in the morning or unwind in the evening. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You're close to the shops and restaurants of lively Tsilivi, but far enough away to avoid the noise. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Maria and Filipos do a wonderful job. They're friendly, helpful hosts, and the rooms were clean with everything we needed for our holiday. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Tota studios deserves the highest rating and a recommendation.

We were there for the first week of July, and the €20 taxi fare each way to and from the airport was useful to know. Tota and her Son were wonderful, and our room was immaculate with free WiFi, air conditioning and even mosquito repellent. The studios are in a peaceful part of Tsilivi, with horses and birds as the only sounds nearby. For more activity, the beach, bars, restaurants and crazy golf are only about a leisurely 10-minute walk away.

The owners were so welcoming and kept checking that I had everything I needed. The place was clean and cosy, with everything needed for a self-catering break. It's a quiet spot, but the restaurants and bars are only about a five-minute walk away, and the beach is a couple of minutes farther.

We stayed for seven nights and had no problems at all. It's a quiet, cosy area, there's plenty of room to park, and the lovely owners are ready to help if anything comes up. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
