The owner was so friendly and attentive, and made us feel part of the Spartakos family. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable stay at Spartakos Luxury Villas & Suites. We loved the peaceful setting, the villas' beautiful design and the attention to detail throughout. From our balcony, we could look out across the olive trees and enjoy the serene landscape. The pool was spacious, very clean and well maintained, with loungers and umbrellas where we spent hours relaxing in the sun. Supermarkets and other essential shops were close by, which made picking up supplies easy. The owner gave us a warm welcome and took genuine care to make our stay memorable. We'd return in a heartbeat.

We spent a week here and felt stressed every day, which ruined our holiday. We were a group of people around 30 who could understand and respect others. We made a little noise on the first day, but turned off the music when the host messaged us. After that, he kept saying every day that he'd evict us and even threatened to call the police, though we basically followed the quiet hours. When we chose to stay at the villa and use the pool one day, that was a problem too. Why pay that much for a villa with a pool if we're not supposed to use it? The host was the worst I've ever dealt with, very rude and blunt. The villa itself was okay, but nothing special to justify the price. The rooms were clean, though ants started showing up everywhere, even in the bathroom. If you're coming with friends, I'd look elsewhere.

We got told off even for speaking louder, although we were a large group doing our best to respect the posted quiet hours. On one day when we wanted to relax by the pool, the owner asked why we weren't going to the beach. He was unfriendly, argumentative and uncooperative, and kept trying to get money from us or threatening to kick us out over noise. The location is beautiful, one villa has a lovely island view, and the jacuzzi area has a stunning outlook too. But if you're young and hoping for a fun holiday, I wouldn't choose this place. It doesn't seem suited to that, or to anyone looking for anything other than complete peace, unless they have children. I'd never stay here again. The tasteful decor is why I'm giving it two stars. 😅

The property itself looked good and had everything it was meant to. But with 14 of us, aged 26 to 32, having booked two villas for quite a lot of money, we expected to enjoy the holiday without so many restrictions. It felt like the place was for monks or people from a monastery. There wasn't much to do there besides sleep, and the Spartakos guy complained about every little thing when we turned the music up a bit. He was practically setting our schedule, telling us to go to the beach instead of staying at the property because, as he put it, “neighbors have a baby and wants to sleep at 3 pm.” We couldn't even talk louder. I've never had a worse experience with a host or seen such a bad attitude. He spoke to us like a father and seemed to think he owned the whole valley or was some kind of guru. I wouldn't recommend it if you want any fun. It seems suited to boring families with children.
