Tamara, our lovely Polish representative, and Yulia deserve a special thank you. They helped make the stay especially lovely, and we really appreciated their care. The hotel has been completely refurbished, which I liked. Rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff were smiling, friendly and ready to help. The food was so good I can't put it into words, and the nightly entertainment kept all the guests amused. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Thank you for making it possible to relax here.

Tamara welcomed us and was a real credit to the hotel throughout our stay. The hotel itself is clean and nicely situated, with lovely food available throughout the day. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would definitely consider coming back. I'd recommend it to anyone.

For the price we paid, I can't complain too much. We paid £400pp for a week all-inclusive, and I'd stay again at that sort of deal, but not for more. The hotel was very clean, with maids coming in daily and beds changed often. A kind Greek man carried our bags to B209, a lovely modern room with comfortable mattresses and a wonderful pool view. The TV didn't work at all at first. The safe had no batteries installed, though they were left on top and needed a screwdriver to fit. Reception sorted it the next day. Netflix and YouTube still didn't work, despite buttons for them on the smart TV remote, and the only English channel was BBC News. The shower pressure was poor, so we decided to take a bath, but there was no plug. After we told reception, it took two days to get one. Then the water stopped while my Mrs was covered in shampoo and soap, and we had to wait for it to come back. The late check-in itself was handled kindly: after we spent 1.5 hours queuing at passport control, staff told us dinner normally finished at 9 but we could still eat. At check-in, though, they didn't explain meal times, towel rules, baby times or the pool. When we asked, we got a sheet of paper and an apology that they'd run out of printouts. The food was okay, though the steak and meat weren't up to our standards. The pizzas were the best thing we ate all week. Lunch was good but nothing special. Beer was very gassy and tasted awful, and staff didn't pour it properly. Cocktails were too sweet and the measures seemed off. The local gin was nice. We had an MJ tribute act on arrival and they were good. We went out for the rest of the week's entertainment, so can't comment on it. There's no indoor chill area for rainy days, and the hotel didn't show the FA cup final, so we went across the road to Madness Bar for its fab beer and cocktails. I prefer staying at the main end of Tsilivi, about a 15-minute walk away.

We stayed in a family room in block C during the last week of the season. It had a lovely layout for families, and the cleaner left a bottle of water each day. There was plenty to choose from at meals, usually several grilled dishes and a carvery meat option. They even served Sunday lunch with Yorkshire pudding, alongside Greek dishes, plus fresh pizza and chips for the kids. The snack bar was open daily, with lots cooked to order. The beach and waterpark are close by, and it's only a short walk to shops and bars. Even at season's end the staff and entertainment team gave it their all. Fantastic hotel, and we'd definitely stay again.

It felt noisy during the day, mostly because many guests were families with small children. Late in the evening we also heard noise from entertainment and some drunk people. The pool seemed much too small for the number of guests, and there was no lifeguard. Sunbeds were old and needed cleaning, which wasn't being done, or replacing. The hotel is around five minutes' walk from the seafront, but the first really nice beach is about fifteen minutes away. The rooms were spacious and had good air conditioning, though they need renovation. They were cleaned daily, the service was fantastic and the manager was very friendly. Food was great, with enough menu changes each day to try something new and familiar dishes available if the new choices didn't appeal. All-inclusive drinks were average. We had a good stay, though it seems more like a solid three-star hotel than a four-star one. It could work well for families.
