We'd originally booked an all-inclusive package at another hotel, but the conditions on arrival were appalling, so we walked out and searched for somewhere else. Yiannis had availability, and after we called Georgia to see the apartment, we were thrilled with the room and stayed the whole week. After that awful start, Georgia and her family made our holiday amazing. They're such a lovely, kind and welcoming family and couldn't do enough for us. The apartments are spotlessly clean and in a quiet location, with an amazing sea view. It's a short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Absolutely perfect, we'd recommend it 100%. Shops and nice bars are only a couple of minutes away, and the area is lovely and quiet. The owners were amazing, friendly and helpful with everything. We had great views and plenty to do nearby. All the amenities were there, the showers were good, and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, with extra sheets and changes provided when needed. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our room had everything we needed for a holiday, including a hairdryer, iron, hangers, stovetop, kettle and a fridge with a freezer. I'd been to Greece many times, but having an iron was such a great touch. It was clean and comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful sea view. We ate breakfast there every morning. It was far enough from the Main Street to stay quiet, and the parking worked well for the bike we rented. Georgia and her family showed us wonderful hospitality from the very start. We had an early flight and only asked if we could leave our luggage until check-in, but they worked hard to get the room ready early for us. Communication was amazing, and Georgia always answered our questions before and during the stay. She gave us her personal number in case we needed any help, which was very reassuring. That's the sort of care you get at a family-run hotel. My husband and I spent a full week at their beautiful hotel, one of our best stays ever. I'd recommend Yiannis Studios to anyone wanting real Greek hospitality in Tsilivi. We're already looking forward to coming back.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was lovely, and the owners were friendly. It's up a hill, about 200 metres from the town centre and close to the beach. They even drove me to and from the airport for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely stay there again!
