Zante Calinica Hotel

We had a lovely 11-night stay at Zante Calinica. Our double delux room wasn't very big, but it was modern and spacious enough for our needs. The balcony faced the side road and had some lovely views. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was perfect, and the room had a small fridge, kettle and safe. It was cleaned and given fresh towels every day. Breakfast was nice, with lots to choose from, from bacon and sausage to warm fresh croissants and homemade cakes. The pool was clean and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great spot, away from the hustle and bustle but just a short stroll away. The water park is a two-minute walk down the road. Beaches are five minutes away along the side roads, or continue on the main road for bars and restaurants. There's a €5 per night tourism charge. Be aware, they only tell you at checkout unless your travel agent mentions it. I'd definitely use the hotel again. A wonderful stay, 100%.

The staff were lovely, and the bar prices were great. Ordering room service through the QR code was easy, the food was phenomenal, and it arrived quickly at a very reasonable price. We spent one night in a Superior Double with a private pool. It felt wonderfully secluded, and the bed above the pool was such a nice touch. Thanks to everyone at Calinica for an amazing stay!

It’s a family run place, but the service felt more professional than at some five star hotels I’ve stayed in. The private pool area felt properly private and adult only, too. Our suite looked out over olive groves, and the room was immaculate with a comfortable bed. Shops, restaurants and the beach were all less than a five minute walk away. We enjoyed it so much that we’re going back next year. I totally recommend it.
