Villa 9 Muses

We loved how warmly the hosts welcomed us, it felt like being with family. The accommodation was clean, with a lovely view, and the sea is just a five-minute walk downhill. There are bus stops close by with frequent service, though having a vehicle would make the location even more convenient. We'd definitely choose to stay here again. The hosts also run two Turkish delight shops in central Syros, and kindly helped with our suitcases while we waited for our ship back.

The room was spacious, and the refrigerator was surprisingly large for a rental. It's a peaceful, beautiful spot with a fantastic view. Parking is the one drawback, since there isn't much space, but I'd still highly recommend staying here.

Getting to the property means tackling a short, steep climb, so a car is advisable. Once there, the apartment has plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The balcony has a lovely bay view and works well for meals. Inside, you'll find a full set of appliances, including an oven, washing machine, microwave, and toaster.

From here it's an easy walk to Ermoupoli, and the view is wonderfully dreamy. The place was clean and decent, and Mrs. Marousso was a gracious hostess.
