The balcony view is gorgeous, especially at sunrise, so set an alarm if you can. Climati is in a peaceful part of the island but still a fairly short drive from the prettiest beaches and sights. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the facilities had what we needed for a holiday. We loved the fresh local fruit and olive oil left as a welcome. Yannis and his wife were warm and sincere, always ready to help. Thanks, Yannis, for being so kind and looking after us during the stay. I absolutely recommend it.

The beach is just a three-minute walk away, with crystal-clear water, and there aren’t any big hotels around, so you may well have it to yourself. Our studio felt like home, was extremely clean, and had a balcony overlooking the sea and olive trees. Yannis and Margaritas made us feel welcome from the start. The olive oil and fruit waiting in the studio were a lovely touch, and they were generous with local tips and help. The studios are in a peaceful spot, good for a relaxing break. There’s a shop and a couple of good restaurants about ten minutes away on foot. With a car, we’d also suggest visiting Volimes for sunset and a taste of authentic Zakinthos. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Zakyntos!

The owners were so lovely, and the place was clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the beaches, great value, and we had a really good time. We’ll definitely come back.

Our studio had everything we needed and was in a really handy spot. It’s quiet, surrounded by olive trees, and has gorgeous ocean views. The owners were the best, and the price was affordable. I could happily stay for months.

A simple place at a very good price for the area. We enjoyed the terrace for meals and sunrise, and there’s a local shop, lovely beaches, and a snack bar nearby. Having a car helps, though you could also stay close by and just relax.
