Orfos Villas Zante Villa Yria

We had a wonderful week at Villa Aria and would love to return. It's a gorgeous house, tastefully decorated, with fabulous views over the Ionian Sea. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, indoors and out. The setting in northern Zakynthos is lovely, with good restaurants and beautiful beaches a short drive away. Dimitris and everyone at Orfos were friendly and extremely helpful both before and during our visit. Thank you!

The area around Orfos Villas still feels authentic and hasn't been overrun by tourists, with several cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in Yria, the leftmost of the four villas, and its view was especially beautiful. Dimitris welcomed us warmly and speaks a little Dutch. His whole family runs the place, and you can feel that in the care they put into it. We were given tasty wine, locally made olive oil, and honey, and felt at home straight away. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a lovely sunrise view. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are two luxurious bathrooms, and both floors have good air conditioning. The villa was cleaned daily, and the pool was looked after every morning.

My wife and I stayed six nights and loved the beautiful view over the town. The pool area was gorgeous, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby with fantastic menus. Everyone at Orfos Villas was so friendly and helpful, they really couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for making it such a wonderful visit!

I've travelled a lot and rarely give five stars, but this place earned them. Sofia and Spyros were welcoming and accommodating, and even arranged a delicious surprise birthday cake for my friend. We also received their own olive oil and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We stayed in Yria, and the setting is incredible, with an open view of the harbour and a sunrise that's a must-see. The villa has everything for self catering: plates, cutlery, glasses, an oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and cutting boards. The rooms are excellent, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, plus there's another bathroom by the kitchen. The outdoor space is well equipped and cared for, with five sun loungers around the pool, a swing, and a barbecue with everything needed for a memorable meal. The views are beautiful from the balcony and pool area. Housekeeping came every day to make the beds and replace towels and toiletries when needed. The pool area was cleaned and looked after twice a day. The service was top notch and felt well worth the money. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely stay and great hospitality. If you need a boat, Zante Boat Rentals is right across the street on the main road, run by two great brothers. There's also the art cafe farther up the road.
