The bathroom and kitchen area could use some updating. The bathroom was quite small, and a leaky shower flooded the whole space when we used it. Still, for the price, there was little else to complain about. The location is good, close to the beaches. The small garden had olive trees, free-range chickens, and a local farm feel. We were impressed by the care the small, dedicated team and the owners gave our rooms, especially at such reasonable prices. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Views varied by room but were decent, and some rooms had lovely sea-facing balconies. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. A big thank you to owner Pigi and Larissa for making our visit so pleasant and memorable!

The apartment on the second floor was newly renovated and spacious enough for our family of four. The bathroom could be improved, but it was fine. I also enjoyed the evening breeze on that side of the island and at the villa. From the terrace, the view is gorgeous. Pigi was a super friendly, caring host, and her guidebook was really practical, with recommendations for nearby beaches, places to see, restaurants, and bars, plus details about Zante’s most visited sites.

The green Vassilikos area is a lovely base for exploring this part of the island and its magnificent beaches, well away from the big hotels. Villa Kapnisi is clean, simple and comfortable, with balconies facing the morning sun. It’s a great place to recharge, and Pigi is an active, very helpful host. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely sunset dinner at a spot we found thanks to the guide in our room. The owner had put together a pamphlet full of useful tips about what to do, where to eat and which beaches to visit, and she was very kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and really clean.

A peaceful spot for relaxing, with olive trees all around and many lovely beaches nearby. The owner was very helpful, and the apartments were nice.
