Dimitra came to our room at 10 pm and fixed a small AC problem straight away. Great service. The hotel is close to the beach, and our balcony had a wonderful view. Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of different options.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a buffet that had good coffee, fresh fruit, hot dishes like eggs, bacon, and sausage, plus fresh pastries such as spanakotiropita, apple flaps, and custard tarts. We had a mountain-facing room and couldn't see the sea from it, but the breakfast room had a lovely view to enjoy. Our room was big, the bed comfortable, and the surroundings quiet. The hotel sits a little uphill on the edge of Vasiliki/Ponti. From the beach, you can reach it by a staircase with more than 100 steps, or drive up easily, with plenty of parking. It's convenient for walking into central Vasiliki for dinner, and for driving along the west coast to explore the beautiful beaches. The hotel was very clean, and our room and bathroom were cleaned daily. We had a really nice stay.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful, and I'll definitely be back soon. There's private parking, a pool, and a sea view, so it works well for different kinds of stays. Just bear in mind that it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, rather than right on the beach. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee and juices were very, very low quality. They should change them or take them off the menu.

We love Ponti Beach hotel and its crew. The food is great, the rooms have wonderful views, and Georgia is such a nice, hospitable person.

I'm really disappointed in this hotel. The view is the only thing it has going for it. Getting there means climbing about 150 stairs through trees, with no lighting at all. At 21:00 one evening, I was nearly harassed on the stairs. They're difficult to climb, and being in the dark made the whole situation very disappointing.
