180 View to Sea

Sandy was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. The apartment was clean and neat, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, useful closets, and a terrace upstairs with a lovely view. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one between the upstairs bedrooms. No washing machine, but there’s a drying rack outside on the ground-floor terrace. We stayed in July, and the place worked well as a base for getting around. A taxi from the port of Aegina cost about 12-15 euros, a fixed fare based on distance. I’d recommend having a scooter, since it’s easier to park behind the house near the owners’ cars. Getting there from the main road means a short uphill stretch, and the road isn’t in great shape, so you can go on foot or by scooter. The layout suited four of us: two bedrooms upstairs, plus an open living area with two sofas and a kitchen around a nice rectangular wooden table. I definitely recommend it.

The view is breathtaking, and two families fit comfortably. We were there over Easter, and the place was spotless. The hostess was so kind, always smiling, and willing to help whenever we needed.

We had a great time relaxing here. The house is right by the sea, with an awesome view, and the hostess was very hospitable.
