Just a heads up, reaching the hotel means crossing the beach and sometimes walking through the water. It wasn't an issue for us, but good to know in advance. The place itself is lovely and right by the beach.

I'm two weeks into my stay and still have another week to go, but I already don't want to leave. I've even asked to book a whole month for 2027. This family run place is so lovely I wish I could give it a million stars. Anna, Vagelis and their son Kosta have made me feel like part of the family, bringing fresh cookies from the local bakery and, today, treating me to traditional Sifnos chick pea stew. Maria, Kostas' wife and the main contact, has been fabulous too. Room 3 is fresh and brand new, with all I need for a short or longer visit. Anna and Vagelis refreshed it daily, even though I told them they didn't need to. The spot is perfect, with traditional Greek tavernas just a few minutes along the beach. I loved watching Vagelis head out in his little fishing boat at night, sometimes all night with Kostas, to catch fish for the local restaurants. It was so special to see. The gentle waves are only 15 metres away, and I fall asleep to their sound. I can't wait to come back next year. Thank you so much, Maria, Kostas, Anna and Vagelis xxxx

We stayed in Vathy in May 2026 and were delighted with the place. The cove was beautiful, the restaurants were delicious, and the outdoor area was just right for enjoying the sea. The accommodations were brand new, built with very high quality materials, and the location was incredible. The team looking after reception and the accommodations deserve a special mention, they were lovely and accommodating.
