Vrachokipos Aegina

The owners are lovely and ready to help, and I'd highly recommend Vrachokipos. Its grounds are the best part, so beautiful and dotted with little tucked away spots, stairs and benches. There's even a small beach of its own. My room was bright and clean, with a big balcony and a magical sea view. It came with all the useful things, including cutlery, pots and pans, a kettle and even a coffee machine. The sheets and towels were clean, and although the bathroom was small, it was comfortable.

In the evening, you can see Athens lit up in the distance, which feels almost unreal when everything around you is so quiet and secluded. The sunset is amazing, too. The hospitality and peaceful atmosphere are lovely, and the view tops it all.

There are cats and dogs wandering around the property, and the private beach is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. The place has a great view, too. The owners were friendly and helpful, offering tips on where to go and eat, and they can arrange a taxi or hire car. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, and good value for money. The one drawback was breakfast: at 12.5€ per person, we felt it might be a bit expensive for what you get.

The rooms were exquisite, and the hosts went out of their way for us. Nothing to complain about, I’d recommend it without hesitation, 10/10.
