The view was magical, and the apartments are nice. That was the only part I loved. The shower was really old and its curtain was covered in mold. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and there was no cleaning service during our stay. Three stars just for that view.

The balcony view is impressive, and it’s a lovely spot for coffee early in the morning. The apartment is near the center of Vathi, and our room was spacious for two, clean and had an equipped kitchen. Manos, who gave us the keys at check-in, was really friendly and shared several tips. One thing to consider is that the balconies connect with those of the other rooms. Guests may have to cross other people’s balconies to get out. We were in the corner room, so it didn’t affect us, but I can imagine it could be annoying in the other rooms. Still, I highly recommend it.

The view was spectacular, and for the high-season August price we paid, the average room was okay. It’s a decent place to stay, nothing fancy, just the basics: a bed, fridge and bathroom. The decor is plain, as expected, and the cleanliness felt fine for an affordable summer room. The location is a huge plus. There’s a unique, relaxing view over Vathi and the sea, and the restaurants and bars are fairly close, around 5-8 minutes on foot. Parking can be a problem, since there’s room for only three cars outside the building. You’ll need some luck. The balcony is great for the view, though privacy is limited because the neighboring balconies are right beside it.

The veranda was amazing, with great views over Vathy bay and Lazareto islet. The apartments are beautiful, clean and quiet, about a seven-minute walk from Vathy. Totally recommend them!
