Razos Windmill

Really lovely view.

The view from Razos Windmill is breathtaking, and the terraces were so peaceful. It's in a quiet spot but still close to everything. The traditional windmill has a romantic feel you don't find just anywhere, and the owners' warmth made the stay even more special. They welcomed us like friends and were genuinely eager to help. The rooms were spotless, with visible care everywhere and thoughtful details. The style respects tradition while still offering modern comforts. We woke each morning feeling peaceful and grateful we'd chosen it. It's ideal for couples wanting something special, and feels like an authentic piece of Ithaca, full of light, calm, and real hospitality. We'd give it more than five stars if we could. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We'll definitely return. Razos Windmill is an experience in itself.

The owners are very kind, and the accommodation is very clean with a wonderful view. Still, it felt overpriced. There were basic issues: the water pressure and amount of water for bathing were poor, and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. With no breakfast provided, it was a pain that there wasn't a shop or mini market within 7 km.

We stayed in the top apartment, and even from inside the view was stunning. It's such a unique place, and we might come back someday. It's been five years since we were here, but whenever we look back on our holidays, this one comes to mind first. The location is fantastic. The interior is a bit dated, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and it's a shame there's no small pool. Don't expect luxury, but the views are gorgeous. A car is needed, especially to explore the island and to get easily to the restaurants and shops at the harbor.
