Casa De Blue

The pool area was great, and our room was spotlessly clean with a good shower. The bins were changed every day, and the bedding and towels twice a week. Maria was a wonderful, friendly and helpful host, and so were the staff at Captain Zorbas. We had a great holiday, thanks! This is a budget apartment complex, which some people leaving one-star reviews seem to forget.

We were very satisfied with our stay and may well come back. The location was handy, with supermarkets, tavernas and ATMs all around the complex, plus a good connection to the capital, Argostoli. The views were excellent, and the place was comfortable for a holiday. Our room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linens were changed during our stay.

Our stay was a great start to a multi-stop holiday. The place was basic but spacious, had everything we needed, and the view was hard to beat. Lourdes is lovely, though it might feel a bit quiet to some. The setup is great and the value is hard to beat, but the owners don’t seem to make the most of what’s here. The pool bar and restaurant downstairs seemed never to open, apparently in favour of Zorbas, the restaurant they also own down the road. Customer service was limited, and no one checked whether we were enjoying our stay or had what we needed. We didn’t even know how to check in until we asked other guests, luckily.

Mrs Maria was so hospitable and helpful with anything we asked. The rooms were clean, with fresh linen and plenty of facilities, and the balcony looked straight out over the pool and sea. We had a wonderful stay at Casa De Blue. Everything was perfect, thank you, Mrs Maria. I recommend it.
