The view from the balcony was lovely, but we could also see straight onto the neighbouring balcony. There was no privacy, so we had to sit with our backs to the couple next door, facing the hotel rather than the sea. We booked a standard maisonette with a bath based on the Holiday Gems photos, and it looked just right for us. Instead, we got an apartment with old furniture and old, dirty kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. The kitchen tap leaked more from its base than from the tap itself. The bathroom was very disappointing. The toilet had no proper flush button and was extremely hard to flush. The shower was old and small, with a window facing directly onto the hotel next door and a very short, ugly curtain. The shower tray was so small that water spilled onto the bathroom floor despite the inadequate curtain, leaving it flooded and slippery. The double bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the mosquito net looked like it needed washing. AC wasn't included in the price, and only the unit in the living room worked, so we had to leave all the bedroom doors open with no privacy. All in all, very disappointing for the price we paid.

We could spend the day at the beach and then relax by the pool in the afternoon. The property was cleaned daily and had everything we needed for a self-catering family holiday. Terri was accommodating and happy to help however she could. It's a great base for reaching lots of beautiful beaches and local restaurants.

There are great restaurants and the supermarket Athene - Ensemble, Andromeda and Chefalonia are good, all a short walk away. The beach takes about 20 minutes to reach on foot, and other lovely beaches are a 20 minute drive. Teri was so welcoming and helpful, and treated us like part of the family. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had incredible views. The pool and shared areas are beautiful and well maintained, and our apartment was cleaned regularly. We can't recommend Teri and her lovely apartments enough. We'll definitely be back!

Teri was so kind and helpful, going out of her way to help us book a massage that came to us and recommend a place to hire a quad. The apartment and pool were clean, the place was stunning, quiet, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed along with lots of thoughtful little touches. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. The local beaches are gorgeous, and shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. We had a perfect holiday and would highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely return.

Nostimon emar is a lovely place to explore different parts of the island from, and it's close to Argostoli for an evening out. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Tery was welcoming and responsive. We loved the island, and the place has an incredible view.
