T Hotel Premium Suites

Stelios made our six-day visit as a group of six memorable. He went out of his way to help us, arranging transfers to other parts of the island, recommending places, and efficiently assisting during a medical emergency. He clearly cares about guests and deserves a raise and more recognition. Pavlo was kind and helpful too. The rooms were spacious enough for us, with two balconies on opposite sides of the hotel. It was peaceful and clean, the mountain views were beautiful, and cleaners changed the sheets every day. Breakfast was the same each day, though there was enough choice to vary it. Dinner had a good range, including chicken, beef, shrimp, octopus, pork, and vegetarian options, depending on the day. Getting around was easy enough: cabs are available, or you can walk 5-10 minutes to the top of the road for the little green train, Magic Train Bali tour. It costs 3€ one way or 5€ round trip. The town and beach are no more than a ten-minute drive away, so the location wasn’t a problem for us.

Quiet and comfortable, with modern rooms that were sparkling clean. The pool is amazing, with a mountain view, and the food is very good. The manager and staff are kind and helpful. We had a perfect stay and would recommend this hotel anytime.

Younger waiters were polite and tried to help, though they seemed overworked. Getting more information from them was often difficult, and reception was frequently unattended or unable to answer basic questions. We felt unsupported. The biggest problem was one older staff member. After dinner one evening, we each ordered a drink and sat down to play cards. We talked quietly and sometimes laughed, but weren’t playing music or making much noise. He came over shouting, threatened to throw us out, and refused to serve more drinks. A polite request to lower our voices would have been enough. Instead, he was aggressive, used offensive language, and acted provocatively. We also saw other guests have similar trouble: he took beer from tables and poured it out, creating conflicts himself. From the start, we were disappointed by the cash-only city tax, which was inconvenient. The website said there was a shuttle to the beach, but when we arrived, we were told no such service existed. We felt misled, since that was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. The hotel could have potential, but these issues and the unpleasant behaviour of some staff made the atmosphere very unfriendly. We didn’t feel welcome or treated with respect or courtesy, and that overshadowed any possible positives.

Stelios is the reason we caught our flight. We missed our transfer on the last day, and when we asked a younger staff member for help, he rudely said, “Now your problem is my problem.” Stelios booked us a taxi. He was also the one who knew the area, suggested what to do and where to go, and kept the hotel running in our opinion. Most of the other staff seemed annoyed, and didn’t seem well informed when we asked about the region. Props to Stelios for making our trip amazing. My family and I stayed for 13 days on an all-inclusive holiday. We met Stelios, who we thought was the manager, when we arrived. He kindly helped us check in and carry our luggage. The rooms were very clean and the bed was made, but one bed was missing. Stelios sorted that out, then called to arrange food delivery to our room when we asked if we could order something. That was really nice. The next few days were absolutely amazing, though the food wasn’t to our taste. We saw other guests eating plenty, so figured it just wasn’t for us. The location isn’t ideal, and without a rental car you won’t get far.
