Filion Suites Resort & Spa

I'm on day three of the holiday and already really enjoying this peaceful resort in a beautiful mountain setting, with breathtaking views and amazing sunsets. The rooms, pool area, gym and whole resort are modern and spotlessly clean, with daily maid service. The all inclusive food and drink is pretty standard, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. The staff work so hard to look after everyone. The lovely, welcoming woman on reception makes the stay feel personal and goes above and beyond. She confidently says you'll leave feeling fantastic, and she's right. There's a nice mix of ages here, from young to old. I'm looking forward to the rest of the trip and might take the free shuttle bus for guests down to the beach tomorrow.

The drinks were perfect, and room service was excellent. Everything was extremely clean, the staff were very polite, and the food was outstanding with lots of variety. The best part was the spa and massage, especially the session with Alex. We really hope Alex is still there when we visit again.

The hotel room was lovely, the views were great, the food was good, and the staff were amazing. The location is lovely too. But the bathroom was gross, especially the shower, and we were left stranded at the side of the road. We booked through Love holidays, and the transfer bus dropped us at the roadside, so we had to call the hotel to come and collect us. That's understandable since a big coach couldn't make it up the 2km winding road, and it wouldn't be a big deal if we'd been told when booking.

The room and food were fantastic, and the staff communicated really well. It’s a brilliant five-star hotel with amazing amenities, and it’s great for children. The nearby places are lovely, and people in the village were very polite. We’ll be back next year. 10 out of 10.
