The rooftop food at Gastronomy Concept was marvellous, and the cocktails were just as good. My daughter loved the non-alcoholic drinks, while I tried the different cocktails with mastiha, my absolute favourite, as well as some interesting ones with tsipouro. I'd recommend the Tsipouro Daiquiri and the vanilla one with bitter orange and chocolate drops. Top of the tops! My daughter and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel for my name day in Volos. The stay was lovely, the amenities superb, and the cleanliness was at the highest level. I even asked reception where I could buy the amazing hand wash they use in the bathrooms.

The rooftop bar's food and drinks were fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. After the second day, the staff seemed to know everything about us, and we looked forward to beginning and ending each day with Costas pn on the rooftop. The property is right in the middle of town, across from the docks, with restaurants within walking distance.

We stopped in for a late-night coffee, but ended up ordering a hot chocolate and green tea. The chocolate was nice, though quite bitter, while the tea tasted awful and could be better quality. The service was lovely, and the modern decor and view were both beautiful.

We come back here whenever we need to stay overnight in Volos. It's comfortable, very clean, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Having breakfast on the rooftop is a great way to start the day. The room interiors are more modern than traditional.

The staff made me feel at home right away, they were kind, attentive, and warm. I also loved how clean everything was and the modern, stylish design. It's right in the heart of the city, but still felt calm once I was inside. For comfort and style in Volos, this was a great fit for me.
