The restaurant was a lovely spot to sit down and enjoy a meal, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. My partner and I also slept comfortably in a twin room. It’s right in the heart of Portaria, and we were very pleased with our stay. We’d like to come back soon.

The food was awful and the servings were tiny. We even found bugs in the apples, and the head manager shouted at us over how much we were taking from the buffet. That was part of a horrible school trip stay, though thankfully we only had to spend one night there. Our room was filthy too: dust everywhere, dead bugs on the floor, unsanitary toilets, and used towels with hair on them. The duvet had holes. The air conditioner didn’t work, and since we were in the basement, my friends and I caught a cold. The internet kept dropping, so we had to go out to the balcony to get a connection. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There were four beds crammed into one room, and one was so flimsy that its support broke when someone sat on it. Dinner was awful too, with schnitzel that was almost raw and refrigerated. The staff were awful, and the keys were a huge security risk because they worked on every room. The hotel was awful!!
