Charissa apartment

A clean, safe place that I’d recommend for families. Everything was great.

A box of sweets at the end of our stay was a lovely surprise. We’d never tasted anything like them, pure sweetness, Turkish delight! Still, that was just a little extra. The stay itself was excellent. The apartment is on the third floor. It has three air conditioners, one in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms, enough to make it feel like penguins could live there. If AC bothers you, there are wall fans too, though they’re extremely loud. The owner’s choices really are excellent. The living room and both bedrooms face the square by the metropolis, Agios Nikolaos. With a square, nearby businesses, children playing and a bell ringing every half hour, you might expect the noise to keep you awake. The triple glazing does an incredible job. We slept with the windows closed and never heard the bell, even though it rings in the middle of the night, but not at night. The soundproofing is a class above what you’d have at home. If you’re used to sleeping with the windows open, though, the square noise could be a problem. The owner has done an excellent job renovating the place. Everything he’s put in is better than the other, and you won’t find this kind of quality even in your own home.

I chose this modern, lovely apartment for my wedding day. It has lots of amenities and facilities, and the location is amazing. From the very first moment, the hosts were helpful and always smiling. Most apartments in Volos wouldn’t accept me because of my wedding, so their welcome meant a lot.

The owners are fantastic, helpful people. As for the place, we couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s in the best part of the city, with everything right at your feet, and it has so much inside that listing it all would get tiring. We recommend it without hesitation.
