We were really happy with our stay at Nefeli. The front desk was staffed day and night, and the service was great. Our room on the fifth floor was a little dated but clean, with air conditioning and the essentials. It had a small balcony with a partial view over the sea front. The hotel is right in the city centre, within walking distance of both the beach and the bus station. Recommended!

It's in a very convenient location, but the street noise was too much. The room smelled bad, the air conditioning was very old and noisy, and the towels were yellow. I hope I don't get an infection. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were in Room 601 at this small hotel in the middle of town, within walking distance of the waterfront. The view wasn't bad, and the room was very clean and modern, with a good shower and a few toiletries. The bed seemed a bit small even though we're not tall. The traditional buffet breakfast was very nice. I'd stay here again and recommend it.

We went with a large group of friends and had three people to a room. The breakfast was decent, and the buffet felt right for a 3-star hotel, but the rooms were nowhere near that standard. Ours was tiny, crowded with old furniture, and had a broken glass panel on the balcony side. The shower didn't have a stand for the shower head. Other rooms were similar, and some were even worse. There was just one elevator for six floors, with a 300kg limit, and it was painfully slow. This is an awful hotel and doesn't deserve its so-called 3-star rating. 2 stars would fit better.

Right in the center of Volos, this is a cozy, simple hotel. The interior is plain but comfortable, and it's clean. Breakfast is basic, with cheese, olives, tomatoes and Greek yogurt. Buses to other places stop nearby on the main street. I definitely recommend it.
