The apartment was spotless, cleaned every day, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Wi-Fi was excellent, and our host was incredibly kind. The location is hard to beat, just a few steps from beautiful Rousoum Gialos beach, with a spacious terrace and amazing views. There’s parking right in front of the entrance. I’d definitely recommend it.

The beach is right at your doorstep, so you can wake up and jump straight into the sea. Restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket are just downstairs along the beachfront. Patitiri is about a 10-15 minute walk away, but the route is hilly and has steps, so it’s only suitable if you have no mobility issues. For a great price, you get a clean, decent room with air conditioning, a small kitchenette, and a comfortable bed and pillows. There’s a handheld shower with a powerful spray, and the balcony is a good size with lovely views, especially at sunset. Great budget accommodation, and I recommend staying here.

Ostria overlooks the water in a great spot at the port. The food and service are good, and they can prepare a gluten-free meal if you need one, just be sure to tell them. It’s a reliably good dinner choice.

You can hear the waves at night, and it’s only a few metres to go for a morning swim. The apartment is simple but has good equipment, and the balcony has a wonderful view. Ioannis is a great host.

We had booked three nights and had let them know we’d arrive on the afternoon ferry at 2pm. After calling several times, we waited outside the hotel for about an hour. We looked everywhere for a reception or anyone to help, but couldn’t find either. The kind people at the restaurant downstairs had no information, and when they tried calling, no one answered. With the heat and no sign anyone was coming, we ended up looking for another hotel. Such a shame. There was no communication at all.
