We felt happy here and would consider staying again. The hotel and rooms were great, and everyone was kind and helpful. It was very quiet and relaxing, and well placed for visiting most of Kefalonia. We arrived around noon and could get into our room just half an hour later, which was great. Breakfast runs from 8:30-10:30, and drinks and snacks are available until 7:00 PM. Just two small things: the towels weren’t very soft, and when we left there was nobody at the counter to take the key. We weren’t sure where to leave it, so we gave it to the cleaning lady. Maybe a key box would help. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property is lovely, set away from everything with beautiful views of the southern peninsula. The stay itself was fine and basic, but keep your expectations in check for service and room space. On arrival, we had to look around for someone to check us in. She seemed uninterested, handed us forms belonging to other guests so she could work out which check-in group we were, and couldn’t operate the card machine. We waited longer than necessary while that was sorted. She eventually showed us to the room but left us to figure things out ourselves. At checkout, we were asked to wait ten minutes while the manager was on his phone, apparently to a friend. We were short on time because we needed to get to the airport and return the car, and he didn’t seem concerned about properly checking us out. The room sizes were misleading. We had the larger superior room, which was nowhere near 28 square metres and didn’t match the online photos. When we asked, we were curtly told it was the right size. We also weren’t allowed to view other rooms as they became available. The glass balcony was very wobbly, so don’t lean on it.

It’s a quiet, peaceful place with lovely views and sunsets, comfortable rooms and a simple breakfast in the morning. A good choice if you want some time away from a busy life. Some of Kefalonia’s nice beaches are a long drive, around 1 to 1.5 hours, but with a car the beautiful coastal route makes that fine.

We loved this peaceful place. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the sea and dunes, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so you’ll need a car. There were only couples staying while we were there, and the pool area was very quiet. The local breakfast had a good variety, though it would’ve been nice to have fresh fruit for yogurt instead of so many sweet pastries. The pool is open only from 11-19, which felt a bit odd. Lunch and dinner are available at a reasonable price, but we didn’t try them. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
