George and Marie made the stay. They felt like the Greek grandparents you never knew you had, so warm and fun to talk with. We shared such a lovely dinner, and I can't wait to come back for the views, food, and hosts.

Maria and George welcomed us like guests they'd been waiting ages for, even though we'd arrived by bicycle tired and covered in dirt. The place and its views were outstanding. We found a lovely taverna on the town square that felt like a little pocket in time, then got helpful advice for our mountain route the next day. The scenery exceeded what we expected. Just go and enjoy it.

George gave us great hiking route advice, and after dinner he played traditional Greek music. The food was delicious, and he and Marie were incredibly kind hosts. We felt warmly welcomed, loved the views and breakfast, and are very grateful. We'll be back!

The hosts, Maria and George, were so kind and welcoming, and dinner felt special, fresh, and really good. The house sits high on a mountain, with amazing views both along the drive and from the property. This was easily the best accommodation of our short trip around Greece. I'll come back whenever I get the chance. Thank you!

In a little mountain village above the Sparta plain, this historic house and the road up to it come with breathtaking views. George and Stephanie brought it to life with music, delicious food, plenty of stories, and all the hiking tips we needed. There was woodworking and painting too, along with so much kindness and care. Thanks for the experience xx
