Quiet, clean, and practical, this villa has everything you need and sits near all the lovely spots. There's no traffic, and getting to the beaches is easy. I'd recommend it.

The stone maisonette is beautiful and sits right by the sea. The owner was so kind, and the house was spotless and stayed cool. My one big complaint is that none of the windows have mosquito screens. There are lots of mosquitoes, so we kept the windows shut. We'll definitely come back!

Just opposite the property there's a little rocky beach with wonderfully clear water and plenty of fish. The village of Agios Nikolaos, with its tavernas and shops, is about 200 meters away, as is a well-stocked supermarket. It's a lovely, handy spot for a Mani holiday. The residence has four two-story houses and a big terrace. Everything was cared for, spotless, and fully equipped. They cleaned every two days and changed the linen.

The independent maisonettes are right by the sea and have lovely views from morning to evening. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything was clean with no problems with the electrical equipment. For a place so close to the water, it may be one of the best around.
