Villa Vager Mani

We expected better value for the price, especially compared with other hotels we stayed at in Greece. In our four-person room, the air conditioning didn't reach the two sleeping areas with the single beds, so we had to move a mattress into the main room for the kids. It was so hot. The room wasn't very clean. The closet and teapot were dirty, and cleaning happened every two days rather than daily. We only got a little of the things we needed, like soap, toilet paper, and milk. The host was nice to talk to, but didn't seem very generous.

We had a wonderful day or two in Mani while exploring the area around Kalamata. Marina and Nicholas made us feel like house guests they'd known for years. The welcome was amazing, and so were the room setup, free Wifi, breakfast, and the view.

Boho Suite was outstanding, and this place deserves more than five stars. Everything seemed just right. The owner was more than friendly and personally made sure we had everything we needed. The room was furnished with exquisite taste and a fine eye for detail. The view kept us on the terrace for hours, enjoying the gentle breeze. It's a real hideaway and a place to recover from everyday hassles. I came away feeling recharged, and like my soul could heal here.

The apartment was elegantly decorated, and breakfast was handmade and really tasty. But the best part was the owners, who made us feel so welcome and like part of the village. They were lovely and eager to share that sense of Greek hospitality. We'd love to visit many more times.
