Breakfast was waiting in the fridge for the next day, with cheeses, sliced meats, pastries or similar, thick Greek yoghurt with muesli, fruit, olives, tomatoes, and bread. It varies. The kitchen also has an oven, hob, fridge, coffee equipment including a milk frother, and a juicer, with fresh oranges provided when we arrived. There are local light roast and darker European roast coffees, plus instant coffee. I’d bring your own tea. The room was beautifully set up, with a large comfortable double bed, a sofa that can become a bed for kids, and double doors opening onto a spacious patio with countryside views. Lithos is around 500m up a slight hill from the main road, and it was mostly quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The powerful hot shower and the other facilities have a modern style. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every other day. There’s a small pool for cooling off, with loungers and parasols. The host is about ten minutes away and also owns a Taverna on the beach. The woman looking after the guesthouse is usually there during the day, and both are very helpful. We’d gladly stay again.

The apartment is just a little way up the hill, with lovely views over town toward the sea. It’s beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of thoughtful little details, and everything works well. George, the owner, also runs the nearby Gialos Restaurant, which we highly recommend. He answers questions very promptly. This is our favourite place to stay in Kardamyli. Book well ahead to get a spot, you won’t regret it.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, with every amenity thought through. We also loved having the pool for a cool dip after a day at the beach. It’s a beautiful setting among olive groves, with mountain and sea views. The layout is well designed and the decor stylish. Everything you need is a short walk away.

The people were absolutely kind, and the location was both convenient and, for us, the best. The breakfast was delicious, very fresh, and well organized, with health and safety handled perfectly. The rooms were great to look at, but also had everything a guest might need. Excellent experience!

The pool area is serene and the place is lovely and quiet, even though the town centre is only a two-minute walk away. The accommodation is beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, and has everything you need for a short or long stay. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.
