The hosts are great and very friendly, and the views are amazing all the time. It’s a lovely place, with beautiful villages nearby. The final 1.5 km of road to the house is a bit rough, so make sure you have a high-clearance car.
Book this only as a last resort, pun intended. The hordes of bugs and insects weren’t the issue, since they’re expected near the ravine. The relentless sun and heat are just part of the area’s nature too. What finally did it was the water cutting out at random in the kitchen, shower, and WC. Imagine ten or fifteen people with no way to flush or shower.
A real Mani feel in an amazing location. Definitely worth a visit.
The view was stunning, and the hosts were very friendly. It’s a beautiful property. The final half kilometer isn’t really suited to a campervan, though 😅
It’s a lovely village, and I’d recommend visiting.
