We’d love to return and stay longer. Georgios from Studio koukis was an excellent host, and the room was tidy and clean. From there we could look out over the ocean and a beautiful sunset. It was a great place to stay.

Kitries is such a lovely spot, with relaxing beaches and delicious food. Studios Koukis is ideally located, and Mr Koukis was a friendly, helpful host. The studios are top value for the rental price. We’d definitely visit again.

The brightest apartment we’ve ever stayed in, with the sea in view and the sound of waves from the balcony. It was very quiet, and really close to Kitries beach.

Filthy throughout, with ash, hair and bird droppings everywhere. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the owner got aggressive and put his hands on me. We had to leave despite having paid for three nights. I have photos and videos.

Everything was so beautiful, I can hardly put it into words. George and Alexandra, thank you so much for being so kind to us. We’ll definitely come back! @Romania Best regards,
