The island was easy to explore from this perfect location. Micheal's sister, our host, felt like a friend all through the holiday, and she gave us memories we won't forget. Everything was just right. From the bottom of our hearts.

The hosts went out of their way for us: they picked us up at the airport, took us shopping, and surprised us with gifts. The villa isn't newly built, but it's spacious, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bedding. We also had fun watching planes take off and land from so close by on the terrace. The outdoor bathroom with a toilet was a great setup, and made it comfortable for all seven of us to get ready.

The large table on the terrace was the one bright spot. We had breakfast and dinner there, and the island itself is wonderful. The stay at Villa Xanemos, though, was really disappointing. The place is spacious but the furniture is old, the wardrobes stink of mothballs, and the double bed was rock hard, with an iron slab under the mattress. Our backs felt it. Hot water for the shower was unreliable because of water heater problems, which was a big issue for four people after a day at the beach. The kitchen was short on dishes, and the few utensils were dirty or broken, including the coffee maker. The clothesline was rusty, too, and the wi-fi barely worked for most of our stay.

We were six in the family and had plenty of room. The hosts were wonderful, and the place was spotless. Nice location close to town, with private parking.

Mr. Stelios was very professional. The view was beautiful, especially seeing the planes take off.
