Aipytos Guesthouse

We arrived and showed the host our vaccination documents, mine from Greece and my boyfriend's from the US. She immediately started shouting, saying she wouldn't accept the spread of sickness. I tried to show her the Greek ministry of tourism article saying she was required to accept vaccine passports from outside the EU in any format, paper or digital QR code, but she kept yelling and told us to leave. Later I sent a cancellation request through Booking and asked her to accept it, but she refused. The woman seems scared of covid, has no interest in customer support, and is a thief. I'm writing this for anyone who might be travelling from outside Greece.

Parking and great wifi were included, and the rooms were very clean and affordable. Breakfast came with the room, and though the choices weren't huge, it was delicious and all homemade by litsa. The guesthouse is traditional, but the rooms are spacious, well equipped and have the modern comforts you'd want, including hot water, a fireplace, wooden ceilings, comfortable beds and a great view. Mrs. Litsa is kind and very welcoming. She loves explaining the area and its story, and gave us tips on places to see as well as food and activities. We had a comfortable, great stay in a really interesting area, and I can definitely recommend it.

It's clean, the view is great, and the owner is friendly. Breakfast was okay. There's parking, and on hot days the place stays cool without air conditioning.

We had two unforgettable days here, thanks in large part to Mrs. Litsa's welcome and hospitality. She's a wonderful hostess, and the rooms are warm and full of character. Breakfast was handmade and thoughtfully put together. We're very grateful to her.
