We had one of our most relaxed holidays here. The kids loved the super clean pool, and Eva and her family were so kind and helpful that they really made a difference to our stay. Green village works well for a simple family break, with everything within walking distance.

It's surprisingly peaceful for somewhere so close to the town centre, like a little haven away from it all. Eva and her family were lovely. I recommend getting lemonade from her son each day, unless, like my wife and me, you use up all the fresh lemons first. Thanks for having us.

We stayed in bungalows among olive and lemon trees, in a little oasis in Xylokastro. The grounds are beautifully kept and very clean, and the pool area was excellent, with a spotless pool. The owners are brilliant, and the internet connection was very good. Highly recommended!

The quiet, pretty setting among the trees is about a five-minute drive from Xylokastro, and it seemed to attract mostly families with children. Our room was nice, though there was no kitchen for cooking. The pool wasn't large enough for everyone, and the pool bar only had drinks and toasties. Breakfast, served in a limited way due to Covid, was poor and didn't satisfy us. Our room wasn't cleaned every day. We had to empty the bins ourselves and ask for fresh bath towels. I'd recommend the place if a few things were improved.

Really charming and friendly, with an easygoing, authentic feel. The cute, separate bungalows are basic but comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked well.
