The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was great. What made the stay, though, was how warmly the owners welcomed us and made us feel at home. Highly recommend! 💕

The village center is only a three-minute walk away, with tavernas, cafes, and bars to pick from. The beach is a little farther on foot, with very clean sand, organized sections, and quieter stretches if you want your own space. It’s also a handy base for heading south to Kiparissia, Pilos, or Kalamata, north to Ancient Olympia, or into the mountains for Neda Warerfalls and the unique Temple of Apollo Epicurius, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The hotel itself is understated, clean, and in a great spot, but the hosts made it feel especially lovely. Thanks for such distinctive hospitality. I couldn’t recommend it more, and we’ll be back!

We’ll be choosing this hotel again for our next Kakavatos holiday. It’s beautifully renovated, with tidy rooms and thoughtful decor, and it sits in a quiet neighborhood about five minutes from the sea. The staff were the best part for us, always smiling and ready to help with whatever we needed.
