Guesthouse Papagiannopoulou

The room was nice, the price was fair, and the location worked well.

The view over the Aegean Sea, right by the Church of Agia Kyriaki, was wonderful. We booked a four-bed room for Christmas and found it spotless, with excellent-quality bed linen and customer parking that made a family holiday easier. The whole place is well looked after. When we were delayed a little by fog after telling Ms. Ioanna we'd arrive late in the afternoon, she tried to call and check that we were on our way. That kind of care goes well beyond the usual hotelier-client relationship. Ms. Ioanna was cheerful and ready to help with all our little getaways. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful Christmas holiday!

We were so grateful for the treats waiting in the room when we arrived. It was spotlessly clean, and the owners' warmth and hospitality made our stay especially pleasant. Thank you, and be well!

We booked through a well-known platform 15-20 days ahead, but when we arrived we were told there had been electronic fraud and no rooms were available. The owner was panicked and did everything she could to help us. We eventually found a place to stay in the neighboring village of Makryrrachis, though it wasn't the same. After speaking with the platform and other people who were almost customers, we learned the issue wasn't a hacker but an incorrect setting for the accommodation on the platforms. The three stars were solely for the owner's sincere effort to find us somewhere. Edit: We hadn't mentioned any "specific period of time" at first, and I wanted to rate you. Since you need to be especially careful about saying "never," I'm attaching the platform reservation. I have my entire conversation with the platform and my refund as well. Maybe you've forgotten, but we can't forget how close our summer vacation came to being ruined. This happened to us and 4-5 other groups, so please manage your reservations more carefully so other visitors to the area don't go through it. After your "unfortunate" response to the comment, I lowered the rating from 3 stars to 2.
