Kipi Suites

We went in October and stayed at Kipi Suites for two nights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Spiros, the hotel manager, was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Kipi is a great central base for visiting the attractions in the Tzoumerka region. Highly recommended!

We spent 2 days here doing little hikes and visiting the many historic stone bridges. It's a quaint, quiet spot where you can properly rest and still be comfortable. The bathroom layout felt odd and dated, but it was manageable. Breakfast was to die for, and our host Spiros went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was so friendly and helpful. We wish we'd stayed longer. For lunch or dinner, we drove a short way down the mountain to a town restaurant frequented by locals. My wife and I are glad we stopped here while traveling through Greece.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Kipi Suites Hotel because the descriptions on your website, Booking.com, and Hotels.com didn't match what was actually there. If I'd known, I would have avoided booking this place. The listing says there's a bar and restaurant on site, but the only bar option was the mini bar in the room. We had to drive to the village every day for meals, which was a major inconvenience. It also describes a library, whiskey bar, and wine area, but none of those existed during our stay. The listing says rich breakfasts and light meals are served in the guesthouse restaurant, yet breakfast was the only food available. There were no light meals. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't make the bed, straighten the lounge cushions, or clean properly each day. The bathroom sink was dirty when we arrived, and I found a used makeup brush left by a previous guest. Even basic items like a universal adapter weren't available, which I expected for international guests. Being stuck in our rooms without the advertised on-site amenities was frustrating. I would never have chosen this location if I had known what to expect, and I feel we were misled.

Kipoi is very close to Vredeto steps, and there's a small tavern in town that's open daily and serves really tasty food. Our host was the friendliest, kindest, most caring person. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with good views too.
