Athina Hotel

Breakfast felt special, with each table nicely set and our attentive host serving elegantly plated food. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay: the room was elegant and had a lovely mountain view. We also had a very pleasant, delicious dinner at neighborhood restaurant Elati. One of the most relaxing vacations I've had recently.

Gregory was warm and welcoming, and went out of his way to help us plan our day trips. His suggestions made the visit even more memorable. The view from Hotel Athina in Elati, Zagori was breathtaking, and our beautiful room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast had an incredible range of delicious choices that kept us full for hours. Highly recommended for a visit to Zagori.

The staff were kind and professional, and the place was beautiful and peaceful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, including the two-floor room for four, but there was no AC. The little TVs seemed unnecessary in such a lovely setting. There were no spare sheets when we wanted an extra one in case the current sheet got dirty. Breakfast was clean and delicious, with a nice balcony area, though the coffee wasn't very good. They bring many items to each guest individually, and I'd prefer a selection on the table so food isn't wasted when they don't know how much you'll eat.

The rooms had lovely views, and breakfast was tasty and homemade. Such a great experience, with very friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend it!
