The staff were kind, the rooms clean, and breakfast was great. The Wi-Fi worked really well on our phones, but the TV was pretty useless. Its internet option was disabled, so we couldn’t stream from a phone, and there were only a few Greek channels. That didn’t take a star off for me.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share this for anyone searching for a good place to stay. Bitzaro Hotel was spotless, with a fresh, delicious breakfast and staff who made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful, just right for unwinding after a day out. You’re only a two-minute walk from the center of Zante Town, with restaurants, shops, and the harbor nearby. Vasiliki at reception deserves a special thank you. Her smile and kindness really made a difference. We’ll definitely come back.

Petros and Fotis were warm, kind, and accommodating the whole time. Apologies if I’ve got a name spelled wrong. The hospitality, breakfast, and service were all fantastic. If you need an infant-friendly hotel near the main town and close to food, this is the place.

The breakfast was excellent, with a buffet as well as a menu of different choices. We had a really nice stay, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.
