The outside of the accommodation was lovely, with colorful flowers, comfortable outdoor seating, a nice pool with pleasantly warm water, and a large private parking area. Cats wandered around outside, and some from the yard visited our ground-floor room, so if you're allergic, contact the accommodation beforehand. Beach and pool towels were available to rent. Our room was clean, nicely furnished, and cleaned daily by staff who kept it very tidy. It had a balcony with seating and a safe. The bed was two small beds pushed together, and they shifted apart a little, but that didn't bother us. The kitchen was small but enough for basic cooking, with two pots, a pan, cutlery, a cheese grater, bowls, a working fridge with freezer, and a double hot plate. The bathroom was spacious enough, with hot water available around the clock. The owner was kind and replied quickly on WhatsApp. He was there when we arrived and explained everything.

The location made everything easy: beautiful beaches nearby, a supermarket just 20 meters away, plus a gas station and pharmacies close by. The port and restaurants were a 20-minute walk, and there was ample parking. The property also has the cutest cats. We can't wait to come back to Filoxenia Studios Apartments. It was such a calm oasis, with a peaceful area and easy access to the nearby beaches. Our room was spotless, really spacious, and well equipped with a fridge, AC, fan, induction cooktop, sink, and dishes. We also loved the bathroom, private balcony, patios, and terraces. The cleaning service was top-notch, and beach towels were provided. Nikos was an outstanding host. He gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants and even helped arrange a car rental. Breakfast options and coffee were great too. Everything was just perfect!

The owner and staff were so friendly, and the whole area felt beautiful and relaxing. The apartments are nicely decorated and immaculately clean. It was a fantastic place to unwind on holiday.

This was the worst experience. He canceled my reservation two weeks ahead, even though the booking site offered free cancellation, then made us pay in advance when that wasn't required through the site. After we'd paid, he asked us to send the money through Revolut Friends without giving an invoice. Apparently he only issues invoices if you pay extra. The rooms were terrible too, with creaking doors and air conditioning that smelled bad.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, readily sharing useful information that made the visit smooth and enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the newly added pool was a highlight. Its location also made it easy to get to numerous attractions. A fantastic experience, highly recommended!
