Kavos Psarou Villas

The rooms were very good, with perfect beds and excellent cleaning. There’s lots of quiet space around, and the hospitality was excellent. For a 2 star room and its price, it’s top value, and it could easily be 3 stars. The beach is practically private and rocky, so it’s paradise if you prefer rocks to sand. Sandy beaches are also nearby, just 3-10 minutes away by vehicle.

We loved being able to swim almost alone, with just a few other guests around now and then. The house is only 2 minutes from the sea, and there’s a lovely view from the 1st floor balcony. The nearby shore has pebbles rather than sand, but a busier sandy beach is a 7-minute walk away. The olive orchard setting feels secluded, while livelier areas with another beach, shops, and restaurants are still close. Our room was large and had plenty of useful things, including a kettle, toaster, and kitchen tools. There was hot water all the time. The beds were two twins pushed together, not a matrimonial, queen, or king bed. The owners are lovely, and this family business has been running for four generations. Everything was wonderful, and I’d return.

My parents say they were charged twice the agreed amount at the end of their stay this September. They booked directly with the owner rather than through Booking or another platform, and unfortunately, they were scammed. Yes, it did happen.

Nikos and Kiki made us feel at home throughout our stay. They’re very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in an apartment with all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, a fan, and AC for the hot parts of the day. The setting is peaceful and quiet, with a great view and the water just around the corner. There’s a small rocky beach nearby with clean, shallow, calm water and hardly anyone around, so it’s easy to relax. Two taverns and a small convenience store are within a 5-10 minute walk. If you want to disconnect away from busy areas and people, this is a great place. Highly recommended!
